About reporting your repairs
Do not use this website for emergency repairs. In emergency,
please call our Residents Contact Centre immediately on 020
8900 4900.
- Report your repairs promptly. The sooner you report your
repair, the sooner we will be able to fix it.
- Remember that we do not fix minor repairs - like dripping taps
and broken light bulbs. Check your
Tenants
Handbook for full details of the repairs you must fix
yourself.
- Look after your home - you will be charged for repairs that
have arisen because of neglect or damage caused by household
members or visitors.
