Meet with other tenants every three months to discuss ideas and

Give us your ideas and suggestions
We are keen to make changes to our service based on the
good ideas and feedback we receive from our tenants. Speak to your

Become a mystery shopper
We regularly check the levels of service our customers receive
by calling our staff to check they are meeting our service
standards. All our residents and leaseholders are welcome to help

- attending a tenant roadshow event
- completeing a tenant survey
- sending us comments, suggestions an complaints
- discussing the sevice you receive and any ideas with your
housing officer
