Taking it further: the Independent Housing Ombudsman
scheme
Pathmeads is a member of the Independent Housing Ombudsman scheme.
If you are unhappy about the outcome of a complaint that you have
submitted to Pathmeads after the two stage complaints process has
been exhausted, we recommend that you raise your concerns with this
