We aim to provide a high quality of service in all areas of our work.

We welcome your comments and suggestions. They let us know when we have got things right and when we have got things wrong. They help us to put things right and to plan improvements to our service.

We take complaints seriously and in order to deal with them fairly we have a clear procedure for you to follow.

Taking it further: the Independent Housing Ombudsman scheme

Pathmeads is a member of the Independent Housing Ombudsman scheme. If you are unhappy about the outcome of a complaint that you have submitted to Pathmeads after the two stage complaints process has been exhausted, we recommend that you raise your concerns with this free and independent service.
