All of the property owners we work with are important to Pathmeads
and our success. We cannot provide for homeless families without a
supply of good quality privately owned property. Over the years
Pathmeads have developed strong commercial relationships with
owners and agents who provide us with large numbers of
properties.
We offer these landlords a special service called the Gold
Star Service. This service is only available for our
portfolio landlords who are actively purchasing or acquiring
properties for our schemes and who already have a number of
properties leased to us.
Gold Star landlords receive a regular bulletin detailing where we
are acquiring property as this can change quite frequently.
The benefits for Gold Star landlords include:

- Fast Track Lease Renewals
- Special seminars and events
- Discounted acquisition fees
How do I become a Gold Star Landlord?
Landlords become goldstar landlords by invitation from
Pathmeads. We review our Gold Star membership twice yearly.
When considering landlords for Gold Star membership Pathmeads look
for landlords who:
- Have demonstrated loyalty to Pathmeads
- Have a significant portfolio of property under our
management
- Are actively seeking to acquire more property for us
