Pathmeads is a market leader in property leasing and management
services. It pioneered the use of leased accommodation for
temporary housing in 1985 and have since innovated and developed
ways to use leased property to meet the requirements of local
authorities to house statutory homeless and other families in
need.
It constantly strives to improve the standards of the
properties it acquires and manages, and to improve the standards of
customer service it provides to all its customers.
Pathmeads was inspected by the Audit Commission in September 2007,
and was assessed as providing a good (two star) service with
promising prospects for improvement.
Property leasing and management now forms a core activity of
Genesis Housing Group and directly employs approximately 140 staff.
Pathmeads currently has contracts to acquire properties onto
leasing schemes for nine London boroughs. It manages properties
in 14 London boroughs.
Pathmeads provides a range of products, including temporary to
permanent schemes, private sector leasing and management schemes,
and housing association leasing schemes.
By successfully winning contracts and tenders, negotiating with
our client boroughs, and maintaining the loyalty of our
landlords, Pathmeads now maintains a portfolio of over 4,000
properties making it the biggest provider of this form of temporary
housing in the country.
