Report a repair


If you have a repair during office hours please report this to your front office desk or contact your housing officer. You can also report repair by email to pkprepairs@pathmeads.org.uk

When reporting a repair by email please state your name, full address, telephone number, details of the repair and the most convenient time for our contractors to visit you. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you have an emergency outside of office hours please contact the following emergency numbers where our emergency out of hours service providers will advise you.

UCLH
The out of hours service provider is Interserve. You can contact them on 020 7380 9050 or by using direct UCLH internal phone extension 9050.

Acorn Estate
For out of hours service please call 020 8900 4900.

Royal Free
For out of hours service please contact Pinnacle on 020 7540 9864.

Great Ormond Street
For out of hours service please call 020 8900 4900.

Bournewood and Sandgates Properties managed by the Chertsey Office

Gas
If you smell gas at any time please call Transco on 0800 111 999.


Lock outs
If you get locked out of your room please please note the following:

UCLH
Contact the Security Guard who will use a master key, if suspicious the Security Guard has the right to use their discretion and refuse entry.

Royal Free (Princess Christian House)
Out of hours please contact LYNX security on 020 7680 5400. You will be charged £35.00 call out when you use LYNX to attend a lock out.
