Message for all Pathmeads tenants
From 1st April 2009,
the Gas Safe Register replaced the CORGI gas registration
scheme as the official statutory gas safety body. This does
not change our legal gas safety duties as a landlord. At Pathmeads,
we make sure that all our gas contractors are properly
registered.
The change will
not affect you directly. However, from 1st April 2009 when our gas
contractors show you their I.D badges, it will no longer show the
CORGI logo, but instead feature the Gas Safe logo.
