Dapo Ladimeji - Chair of
Pathmeads
Dapo is a chartered accountant with his own tax practice and is
also involved in several UK charities.
He is a trustee of FOSSFA (Free and Open Source Software Foundation
for Africa) and a founder of 'The London Group', a Nigerian
diaspora policy group. He sits on key group committees covering
Audit and Risk and Diversity and Governance.

Colin Allies C.Eng. F.I Gas E, ACMI
After a long career at British Gas, where he held
senior positions in Engineering and Management, Colin worked as a
Bursar at an independent school and spent 10 years as a non
executive director in the NHS.
Colin is also currently Chair of Age Concern, Bromley and a lay
partner with the Health Professions Council where he chairs Fitness
to Practice tribunals.
In his spare time Colin sings with a leading amateur choir in
London. He is also a Trustee of Genesis Community Foundation.

Gillian King
Previously a Personnel Director, Gill has worked in
Human Resources for over 40 years, including more than eighteen
years running King Associates, her own HR Consultancy.
She has worked for a range of clients in both the public and
private sectors, including housing associations and registered
charities.

Brian Milward
A chartered accountant with 16 years experience in social
housing, Brian is currently Finance Director of North Hertfordshire
Homes and the former Group Finance Director of the Horizon Housing
Group. Before moving into housing, he worked for a number of US
multinationals in France, the UK and the USA.

Kit Wilby
Kit works as an administrator in a Community Law
Centre. Her key area of work covered tenants' rights and community
development, having previously worked as a housing advisor and
advice service manager.
She is a small residential landlord with tenanted property in the
West Country and originally trained as an architect. She is also
experienced in quality assurance and data protection.

Gerald Balabanoff
Following retirement in 2004 from the London Borough
of Harrow where he was Borough Secretary and Solicitor, Gerald is
now an interim consultant manager.
His varied assignments have covered legal services, human
resources, customer services, business support and organisational
development.
Gerald is a member of the Group Property Investment Development
Committee and also on the board of GenInvest Limited.

Feargal Ward - Managing Director
Feargal has over 20 years of experience in the housing sector and
has held a number of prominent roles working with local authorities
and Registered Social Landlords.

Hope Hanlan
Hope joined Pathmeads Board in January 2010. Hope
retired from the United Nations High Commissioner for refugees in
December 2004. Hope has extensive experience at policy level
working with Somali and Kurdish refugees. Hope works with parents
of disruptive/disturbed in Stockwell through Kids Company and is a
committee member of The Urban Partnership Group.

Bridget Taxy
Bridget joined Pathmeads Board in January 2010. Bridget is
Director of Strategic Marketing, Currency for De La Rue PLC. Part
of her role includes market forecasting and insight for global
banknote requirements, customer relations and internal and external
communications.

Mark Jones
Mark joined Pathmeads Board in January 2010. Mark is the General
Manager NHBC Technical Services and Managing Director NHBC Building
Control Services Limited. Mark is a Chartered Building Surveyor by
profession with a strong commercial, customer service and
performance orientation based upon experience in both the public
and private sectors.

Alastair Thomas
Alastair joined Pathmeads Board in January 2010. Alastair has been
Company Director of Equity Estates PLC since 1990 to date. Equity
Estates has ongoing development investment and property management
programmes valued at over £100m.
