Pathmeads:
  1. is part of Genesis Housing Group, one of the largest housing groups in the UK, with over 38,000 homes. Other subsidiaries in the Group include PCHA and Springboard Housing Associations
  2. is a 'two star' organisation with 'promising prospects' as rated by the Audit Commission in September 2007. The final report said that our 'approach to managing quality temporary housing goes above and beyond the minimum contract standard required, placing the tenant at its heart'
  3. is a property management specialist with a portfolio of over 20,000 units. We are unique because we do not own any assets of the properties that we manage
  4. provides estate management, homelessness prevention, day to day maintenance, property refurbishment and letting services to some 25 local authorities across London and the South East
  5. is a pioneer in the development of homelessness prevention models for local authorities. We have been providing good quality self-contained homes for homeless households in London since 1985 and are at the forefront of innovative models aimed at bringing empty properties back into use
  6. is an anagram of West Hampstead. Pathmeads was formed through a merger of PCHA and West Hampstead Housing Association (WHHA). PCHA led the task force credited with achieving the turnaround of WHHA from Housing Corporation supervision to financial stability
  7. chairs the National Housing Federation Leased Accommodation Practitioners Group and also sits on the G15 Homelessness Steering Group. Here we share best practice in the sector, compare key performance indicators and use our influence to promote higher standards of accommodation
  8. works with a charitable foundation, Genesis Community to bring added value to our customers and the communities we serve. The charity was set up in 2005 and undertakes a range of initiatives across London. These include specialist programmes around employability and financial inclusion
