- is part of Genesis Housing Group, one of the largest
housing groups in the UK, with over 38,000 homes. Other
subsidiaries in the Group include PCHA and

said that our 'approach to managing quality temporary housing
goes above and beyond the minimum contract standard required,

20,000 units. We are unique because we do not own any assets of the
properties that we manage
- provides estate management, homelessness prevention, day to day
maintenance, property refurbishment and letting services to some 25
local authorities across London and the South East

models for local authorities. We have been providing good quality
self-contained homes for homeless households in London since 1985

empty properties back into use
